On the eve of the opening UEL match
After completing successfully their summer adventure in the UEFA Europa League qualifiers, PAOK are ready for the… real deal. They travel to Azerbaijan and will face Qäbälä FC in an attempt to kick off the group stage in fine style.
The “Double-Headed Eagle” held their last training in Bakcell Arena, the venue of Thursday’s encounter. Igor Tudor’s players worked on ball circulation with games in reduced space and, in the final stretch of the session, they practiced their finishing when crossing from the flanks.
On Thursday morning, PAOK players will do stretching exercises in the team’s hotel in Baku.
