PAOK – NK Lokomotiva Zagreb: referee
Carlos Miguel Taborda Xistra, a Portuguese public servant who has been international since 2012, has been appointed by UEFA to officiate the second leg encounter of PAOK against NK Lokomotiva Zagreb next Thursday.
Carlos Miguel Taborda Xistra, a 41-year old Portuguese referee who has been international since 2010-11, has been appointed for PAOK’s second leg encounter again NK Lokomotiva Zagreb for the UEFA Europa League 2nd qualifying round (Thursday 23 July, 20.00).
Zistra works in the public sector. He started his refereeing career in 1992 and was promoted to Portugal’s Primeira Liga in 1999. In 2011 he joined the European federation’s 2nd refereeing tier.
He will be accompanied by his countrymen Paulo Alexandre Santos Soares and António Manuel Albino Godinho, the assistant referees.
Vasco António Moreira dos Santos completes the team acting as fourth official. Jan Carlsen of Denmark will be the UEFA Referee Observer while Mark Blackbourne from England has been appointed UEFA delegate.
