Season 2015-16 begins
Nineteen days after last season’s end, PAOK players hit the pitch again for an early start to the 2015-16 season. The “Double-Headed Eagle” kick off their preseason with new faces on board and loanies who return home.
The first training session will be held on Friday 26 June, at 10.00 at Nea Mesimvria, and will be closed for media and fans. The schedule includes evening training as well (at 19.00).
Răzvan Raț, Ergys Kace, Alexandros Tziolis, Róbert Mak, Christian Noboa, Efthymis Koulouris, Stelios Pozoglou and Panagiotis Deligiannidis are on a leave of absence, as they were on international duty right after the end of the league, as well as Jacobo Sanz.
There is double training scheduled for Saturday as well (10.00 and 19.00). On Sunday, players will train in the morning and on Monday they are summoned in the evening (19.00). Meanwhile, all players split in groups will undergo their medical and ergometrics tests.

On Thursday 2 June, PAOK will travel to Doorwerth, Netherlands, to hold their main preseason stage until 14 July. During their stay at Golden Tulip, the “Double-Headed Eagle” are scheduled to play three friendly encounters.
On 4 July, at 18.00 (local time) PAOK will face Koot Azur, a team consisting of Belgian and Dutch league free agents. Four days later (at 16.30 in Schuytgraaf, Arnhem) they will play against VfL Bochum. The third friendly encounter will be held on 10 July but has yet to be confirmed.
