PAOK Day in Germany
A happy black-and-white crowd filled the grounds of PAOK Academy Iraklis Waiblingen in Stuttgart on 6 June, as three collaborating academies gathered to celebrate the event. They responded to the call of the “Double-Headed Eagle”, to hold one “PAOK Day in Germany”.
About 120 children, aged 8-11 from collaborating academies PAOK FC Pontos, PAOK Academy Iraklis Waiblingen and Hellas Wiesbaden, 400 parents and many friends of the “Double-Headed Eagle” including of course the PAOK Stuttgart fan club came together in a beautiful celebration.
PAOK FC were represented by Kyriakos Alexandridis, Kostas Lagonidis and Alekos Theodoridis. The delegation of PAOK attended the meeting of European youth Pontian clubs at Gedenken, Stuttgart.
They agreed to meet next year in Munich or Wiesbaden. Their goal is to hold each year “one PAOK Day in Germany”
The president of Waiblingen academy Stelios Pelagidis and his associates were very helpful in setting up the whole event.
