Deportivo La Coruña (Lucas) – Sevilla FC 3-4

Excellent performance by the Spanish midfielder, who was a constant menace for Sevilla’s defence. He was denied by the post in the 68th minute and got on the scorers’ sheet in stoppage time with a spot kick. However his team ended up losing this entertaining match of seven goals and non-stop action.

KV Kortrijk – Cercle Brugge KSV (Martens) 1-0

Martens’ Cercle Brugge couldn’t avoid defeat and have now dropped into relegation zone, with just one match to go before regular season is over. The Belgian midfielder was in the starting line-up and fought hard in the 76 minutes he got to play.

Vitória de Setúbal (Pelkas) – CF Os Belenenses 1-1

Dimitris Pelkas’ Setúbal could only muster a home draw against Belenenses. The youngster came off the bench in the 63rd minute, was lively, but couldn’t help his side gain something more out of the encounter.

Apollon Kalamaria (Papadopoulos, Panagiotoudis, Qose) – Ethnikos Serres 1-1

Apollon Kalamaria secured an important point at home against Ethnikos Serres. Panagiotoudis was in the starting line-up of the Pontiacs, Vasilis Papadopoulos remained on the bench, while Qose wasn’t included in the match squad.

Iraklis Psachna (Melissas) – Fostiras 4-2

Melissas was an unused sub, in Iraklis Psachna’s victory over Fostiras.

Eginiakos (Polyzos, Popovic) – Pierikos (Mystakidis, Giannoulis) 1-1

The clash between four of PAOK’s on loan players ended up in a draw. Popovic and Polyzos watched proceedings from the bench, while Mystakidis and Giannoulis started the encounter. They were substituted off in the 80th and 92nd minute respectively, with a good performance to show for.
