Angelos Anastasiadis and his assistants prepared a 90-minute menu consisting of various parts: the usual warm-up with 5-2, the physical condition drills working on explosiveness, speed and strength, the tactical work with shooting practice on the move and the training match.

Alexandros Tziolis and Dimitris Papadopoulos followed most of training without complaining of pains, as they are gradually returning to full action. Fanis Tzandaris continued his special recover program under the watchful eye of gymnast Giannis Katsanikas, while Stefanos Athanasiadis remained in the gym for physiotherapy.

Kyriakos Savvidis returned from OFI and rejoined PAOK’s trainings, following a recuperation program.
